I am really angry with the service i got from three of your call centre agents i reported that my account has been blocked due to suspicious activity, i spoke to a rude guy who was chewing while speaking to me he had no respect for me , my funds and lively hood is on the line he hanged up the call in my ear , agent is very rude and aggressive towards me ,i have a my salary in that account which i cant get in to my account , i had a heated argument with in regards to what should be done to resolve it , agent got more aggressive to a point were i told i will not take this abuse from ,i asked to speak to a manager and he just cut the call on me , my son is on chronic medication which i need to pay for in cash ,i asked the agent a simple question about why is it that ive transferred all round with no help he said he doesnt know i request a copy of the recording i will logged a complained with the banking ombudsman , please note also when i asked for reference for the call he did not want to provide too
