Stunning Service
From the get go these guys were "on the ball". Johan knows his product. Once symptoms were described he knew exactly what the problem was. Prompt and efficient service. Definitely referable.

Poor Service
Doesn't even deserve a single star, but the system does not allow a comment if I don't at least select one star. Handed in my Backview phone for a screen replacement. More than 2 months down the line and the screens are still stuck at Customs. Not impressed with their service at all. No follow up valls to tell you what's going on. I regret ever buying this phone.
