I took my car for a 60 000 km service on the 19th of March 2024. The following day as I was filling up the car since I was driving to the Eastern Cape, I noticed that the petrol was spilling out. The Spillage continued as I was driving until it stopped at some point, I lost almost 1/3 tank of the petrol . So I decided to pour half a tank until I got to the Eastern Cape and there was no leak. Coming back From EC to Cape town, I decided to pour full tank again and the leaking started again as before. So I went back to Hyundai Stellenbosch Branch so that they can check what was wrong, only to find out that one of the petrol tank seals was not fitted correctly and it ended up falling into the petrol tank. I lost a lot of money during those petrol spillages, which means I deserve compensation for that. I decided to go to Hyundai's chat box and I was given an email address for complain which is Robg@hyundai.co.za. I sent an email on the 10th of April, which was never answered till to date.
