Sales Manager Keanen services is absolutely ****** discriminating rude Don't buy from them. Reached out to them in last year to buy a car, the 1st sales person never got back then the 2nd sales person assisted us but with all the holidays is delayed our vehicle purchase. Eventually we were approved for brand new at 274k. We were not happy with the deal and I informed the sales manager who advised us there's nothing else he can do. This we found to be incorrect information he communicated to me as the other Hyundai branches could assist us with a car within our budget. Eventually the stellenbosch sales manager came back to me saying that he can do it however it was still not within the budget we wanted. I then received a call from him he was extremely rude ****** spoke down to me like I don't know or like I'm uneducated person. I asked him his there no demo or one with low mileage he can do at our budget he said No. I'm he was clearly saying he doesn't want our business lol. Don't support this branch! The sales manager is ****** and my experience was utterly disgusting and most of all disappointed. Furthermore wasted our time as it's almost 1 month since we app****. We are now in contact with another Hyundai in Western Cape to assist us. They have been very helpful. I have also received calls from Joburg and Durban offering their services. Hyundai South Africa please look into the sales manager at your Stellenbosch branch.

It's been 2 months now after purchase and I have not received my spare keys. I was informed that the key was faulty so they are making a new one . What more frustrating is that they don't send communication to keep me posted and apparently the salesman Ethan no longer works There.Ive been sending emails with no response .I'm very disappointed with the service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Hyundai Stellenbosch with an assistance of a sales person by the name of Pieter On the 04 October 2024 I purchased a pre owned Grand i10 at Hyundai Stellenbosch with bellow issues that was promised to be fixed Spare key missing (Promised to be replaced still waiting till today Back boot board missing(Promised to be replaced still waiting till today) Back window rubbers are worned,water is getting inside a car when is raining Both wiper blades are worned including back wiper, Hard clutch and noise when you engage gears was reported first day I got a car but I was told that nothing to worry about,is normal,Hyundai Bellville detected that and they booked a car in for clutch replacement surprisingly a warranty was still under previous owner name according to Hyundai Bellville so they couldn't replace clutch and I had to pay R2070 to puted back gear box that was already stripped from a car. Despite multiple attempts to reach out (Sales consultant Piter)he never got back to me,he just ignore my watsupp messages.This unprofessional conduct left me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a potential customer and worse my husband has been dealing with Isaac whose no longer with Hyundai Bellville we never came across with such pathetic service.I am so disappointed

I took my car for a 60 000 km service on the 19th of March 2024. The following day as I was filling up the car since I was driving to the Eastern Cape, I noticed that the petrol was spilling out. The Spillage continued as I was driving until it stopped at some point, I lost almost 1/3 tank of the petrol . So I decided to pour half a tank until I got to the Eastern Cape and there was no leak. Coming back From EC to Cape town, I decided to pour full tank again and the leaking started again as before. So I went back to Hyundai Stellenbosch Branch so that they can check what was wrong, only to find out that one of the petrol tank seals was not fitted correctly and it ended up falling into the petrol tank. I lost a lot of money during those petrol spillages, which means I deserve compensation for that. I decided to go to Hyundai's chat box and I was given an email address for complain which is Robg@hyundai.co.za. I sent an email on the 10th of April, which was never answered till to date.

Today, I took my iX35 in for diagnostics on the auto gearbox. Thumeka was very helpful and provided excellent service. She even took a photo of the vehicle error message and provided me with a printout. Got my car back in less than half a day and cleaned without any charge. The diagnostics cost was very reasonable.

Today, I took my iX35 in for diagnostics on the auto gearbox. Thumeka was very helpful and provided excellent service. I took my car for a service at Hyundai Stellenbosch because I got the cheapest service quote from that branch. I never expected to trade my car in. It happened so quickly. They pulled out all the stops to help me and make sure i can afford it. I bought the car. But its not only inservice that was excellent even the after service is really good. I am super impressed with the guys at Hyundai Stellenbosch. Great service

A few months ago I started to experience harsh shifting (shift shock) in my iX35 CRDi Auto whenever I put it into Reverse or Drive. Over the past week the intensity increased dramatically and I worried that something in the gearbox was broken. I went to Hyundai Stellenbosch on 8 May. Both the Service Consultant and Head Technician were eager to debate possible causes. The next day I checked in my car. By the end of the day the Head Technician had run diagnostics, drove the car around to collect data, updated the ECU software and reset the auto gearbox adaptive shifting. I received the car back washed and cleaned. The gear shifting has been super smooth since then! Definitely the best gear shifting since I bought my car second hand in 2019. I am very pleased with Hyundai's excellent service!

I've been servicing my car with Hyundai Stellenbosch since 2018/2019 - from the start I had an issue with my car's GPS (with video evidence of issue, so they know exactly what I am talking about) and have taken it back to them roughly 10 x times for the same issue. This past Tuesday I took it back again for the same issue, and two other issues and they literally did the same thing = resetting and/or updating it. The day after, same issue again and not satisfied. Been a patient customer, went to dealer principal and said I must pay for replacing a GPS card, not under motorplan and/or warranty for some reason. Given that the car had the issue from the start and thus faulty from the start, I disagreed and now they are just ignoring me. Been calling and going to their premises each day, leave message to please contact me with update on how this is going to be resolved and as of this morning the dealer principle has done none of it. Thus in short, I'd recommend anyone looking to buy from Hyundai Stellenbosch rather buy from another dealership where customer service will be valued, you'll just struggle with these guys after you purchased your vehicle - thus forcing a good client to no other option than leaving a complaint, which was last thing I wanted to do.
