The massage I received from Anelisa was absolutely wonderful , thank you so much for such a great experience. However, I was disappointed with the overall booking and service process. It was very difficult to reach you on both calls and WhatsApp. We ended up driving there without receiving confirmation of our appointment, only to be told upon arrival that we needed to bring our own towels, which was never communicated to us beforehand. This was costly and tedious . Sadly my friend had to forfeit the experience because she did not have an additional R460 to purchase towels! An exemption could have been made here especially for someone that had already paid and was early for their appointment. In addition, our session started 15 minutes late even though I arrived on time, and a treatment that was meant to last one hour ended after only 45 minutes. This is not in line with professional service standards. I truly believe your business has great potential, but these issues affected the experience. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, time management, and overall customer service going forward.
It's been 2 months now after purchase and I have not received my spare keys. I was informed that the key was faulty so they are making a new one . What more frustrating is that they don't send communication to keep me posted and apparently the salesman Ethan no longer works There.Ive been sending emails with no response .I'm very disappointed with the service
