Vodacom does not want to cancel my contract, told them in December to cancel it they did not,Jan and Feb they debited,I called them in Feb after several calls I finally managed to speak to a consultant who said they will cancel my contract I will receive an email,waited for that email until today, just got a call from them today a month later asking if I want an upgrade since my contract is coming to an end meaning they did not cancel it,I’m fed up with Vodacom and just when I try to talk to the guy he hangs up,I’m so fed up!
I have been with this medical scheme since 2014 but this year they have put me through hell, went to their office to register for maternity program I filled in the forms and gave them back also I gave them an invoice for a claim they had to refund me,3 months later I am at the doctor and not registered to the program when we call them they tell me they can’t find my forms I have to register again, none of the refunds I’ve claimed have been paid back to me,mind you they will never call you you’re the one who must constantly call them back even when you call them you struggle to get hold of them, I have never been so frustrated in my entire life.
This bank has the worst app ever, Almost the whole week its been giving an error that you must delete and reinstall the app every time you try to log in it gives this error,I had to keep deleting and reinstalling using my data I did this more than 5 times this week and mind you,you must keep going through the process of verication then after all that struggle it says unable to complete the process visit the branch! how many times must we visit the branch? with our own petrol again,even worse when you call them they will not even try to assist you but refer you to the branch that time you have urgent transactions to do,I'm so done with Capitec!!!!
