Spam and POPIA violations
Repetitive spam calls. POPIA violation. Callas at all hours multiple times a day. Please report this complaint

Shoddy and unavailable , until escalated multiple times
Terrible customer and business banking service. Incredibly long waiting times for ANY call centre( over 45 minutes to zero response) , other than the complaints department, who answer within minutes. Errors made by Rondebosch branch contributed to complicated and prolonged delays. Business banker perpetually unavailable in a critical time. I will certainly be moving my business and personal banking accounts as soon as possible. I do hope the process is not impeded by absence/inefficiency of services and impossible waiting times.
