I ordered 2 items but only 1 was delivered
I ordered 2 items but only 1 was delivered. I logged a call with their call centre 30 times in 2 months with no resolution at all. Clearly Makro is completely accepting of theft or non-compliance with their suppliers. They are happy to take our money and not deliver the item ordered and not communicate with the customer. Their agents online are very polite but their processes beyond that are ineffectual.

Do not buy!
I did eventually get the clothes (it took 7 weeks) but they're not the same as I had expected from the site pictures and now I can not get any response to my request to return the goods for a refund. The items look cheap & not so cheerful & they don't fit. I was fooled by the name & thought I was supporting a local brand only to find that it's all Chinese posing as a local organisation.
