*****ulent online store-investigation Placed an order of 18 March 24 for 3 pieces( orthopaedic shoes and dress). Over 10 emails have been sent to follow up on order. Eventually received a very poor quality dress and no shoes ever sent incurring a loss of thousands of rands.

Total ****mers . Orders two pairs of sandals . Ad said no delivery fee . Parcel arrived wrong size and terrible quality and had to pay close to R800 for costs at post office to get parcel lost R2000 . Wish I had done my homework

I ordered a pair of shoes, which eventually were delivered after 2 months. It is not possible to contact Naledi Cape Town, they only have an email address, which does not get answered. The shoes are way too small, sizing is completely out. You cannot contact Naledi Cape Town, they are not even based in SA, the name is misleading. The shoes were R899-00, and they are cheap shoes, the pics looked good, but the shoes are not. To return them, you have to ship them to China, and pay for the shipping yourself. DO NOT support them, you will be disappointed

The time line shows parcel left, out for delivery, and then days later shows "EXPIRED". Please don't get caught - I see they are now offering summer clothes and shoes on sale. BIG ****

DO NOT ORDER FROM NALEDI CAPE TOWN!
I placed an order on 5 March 2024 and have never received it. I have had to emails from them responding to my query regarding the delivery of my order with promises that my shipment is on the way yet nothing has arrived. I too wish I had done a more thorough check into this company before placing my order as I think they are ****ming thousands of people. It's a disgrace!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NALEDI CAPE TOWN!
I placed an order on 5 March 2024 and have never received it. I have had to emails from them responding to my query regarding the delivery of my order with promises that my shipment is on the way yet nothing has arrived. I too wish I had done a more thorough check into this company before placing my order as I think they are ****ming thousands of people. It's a disgrace!

Do not buy!
I did eventually get the clothes (it took 7 weeks) but they're not the same as I had expected from the site pictures and now I can not get any response to my request to return the goods for a refund. The items look cheap & not so cheerful & they don't fit. I was fooled by the name & thought I was supporting a local brand only to find that it's all Chinese posing as a local organisation.

I'm actually quite dumbstruck. Does this establishment exist or is it really a ****? Same story: ordered shoes, nothing came, not responding to emails... At this point I don't believe I'll ever see the money or the shoes again. Very disappointing, at a time when shopping online should be so comfortable and easy, that mistrust like this is created.
