I'm actually quite dumbstruck. Does this establishment exist or is it really a ****? Same story: ordered shoes, nothing came, not responding to emails... At this point I don't believe I'll ever see the money or the shoes again. Very disappointing, at a time when shopping online should be so comfortable and easy, that mistrust like this is created.
My mother, Ava, has been a member of Clientele's Hospital Plus Plan since October 2015. When she joined they gave her a six month waiting period due to hypertension and anxiety that she receives treatment for. She has never claimed and when she had a knee replacement on 18 August (and spent four nights in hospital) they refused to pay her out, saying that she had a two year waiting period all of a sudden. If she did not know in 2015 that her knee would need replacement, how could Clientele? I am complaining on her behalf. Please help us resolve this matter - I feel that she has been a loyal client and they should not go back on their word now.

I received a message today that Spec Savers Queenstown has handed me over for an amount less than R500 and after I spoke at length to the lady in their accounts department. Advantage has been taken of our last conversation being of a verbal nature. The lady assured me that she would contact my medical aid again to resolve the matter and let me know if there was a problem. I never heard from her again and now: handed over. When I spoke to her again today she just denied it and pointed out the last sent emails. When I asked for her surname she sarcastically asked if I would like to know her maiden name too. She did not want to contact the owner as he is on holiday but eventually said she would email him and that I must just wait until Monday to find out if they will undo their " handing over ". I am saddened that a store I once trusted is resorting to this sort of behaviour.
