Ref Job# 36639- Based on the online response, the return of the unit was supposedly arranged on 10th March. Repairs assistant F. Abrahams stated that she arranged the return of the device the “same day” To date this airwrap has not yet been returned even though we requested a return, regardless of repair or not. We are left with no other option other than to report this suspicious activity and take further action.
Terrible service from Tudortech Cape town. My dryer was collected on 9 Jan 25 only to have the faulty plug repaired and still not returned to me. I was promised by the multiple agents who can all be named that my device will be returned by end of Jan. My emails and calls are never returned by cape town agents and i have not yet received the device. Such a harm to reputatation for Dyson
*****ulent online store-investigation Placed an order of 18 March 24 for 3 pieces( orthopaedic shoes and dress). Over 10 emails have been sent to follow up on order. Eventually received a very poor quality dress and no shoes ever sent incurring a loss of thousands of rands.
