Tudortech
Based on recent customer reviews, Tudortech receives sharply divided feedback as the South African service agent for premium brands like Dyson and Leica. A recurring theme in positive reviews is praise for individual staff members who deliver efficient repairs and proactive email communication. However, customers consistently mention severe frustration with unanswered phones, ignored emails, and lengthy delays awaiting parts. Many reviewers describe paying for repairs or warranty claims and then experiencing prolonged silence, with some questioning accountability and refund practices. The overall sentiment reflects deep dissatisfaction with after-sales support despite isolated service highlights.

My experience with Dyson after‑sales support has been very frustrating. There is no accessible local support — no technicians nearby, no easy access to spare parts, and I was consistently referred to a service centre in Cape Town. This meant additional courier costs and very high repair quotes, which is not practical, especially as a retiree. However, once my vacuum reached the Cape Town service centre, the experience improved considerably. I received a call when the machine reached them and regular phone calls and email updates, which was appreciated. When I raised concerns about the high initial quote, Razia stepped in and assisted with more affordable options. Both Kim and Razia provided excellent customer service and helped turn the situation around. In summary: Poor accessibility and costly processes upfront, but strong service recovery from the Cape Town team. Thank you to Razia and Kim for their assistance!

Razia from TutorTech was absolutely incredible! She helped me get my vacuum fixed quickly and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Her communication was excellent, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Thank you, Razia, for your outstanding support, I truly appreciate it and would highly recommend Dyson because of you!

I can really applaud the service I received from Shekyle Malgas at Tudortech. I had a very disappointing experience with Dyson Support Services when I tried to find a replacement battery for my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner. This however changed the day I made contact with Shekyle. After struggling for more than a month to get assistance from Dyson Support Services, he took up the matter and within days he managed to find a replacement battery and couriered it to me. His service was really efficient and professional and he communicated the progress to me on a daily basis per e-mail. Such service needs to be praised and I am really thankful to him for his excellent client service.

Sent a Dyson vacuum cleaner for repair in February, now 3 months ago. Paid R2,266.87. Tudortech cannot repair as they do not have parts. They have not once offered to refund me, instead, they keep the payment, and do not explain they have no parts so are unable to repair the unit. I have tried to get a refund, and to-date, no success. Service is non-existant, and management not evident. It is *****ulent to take money from a client and not refund immediately when repair is not possible. They are the worst possible company mis-representing Dyson.
