I have had the most shocking service from Tudortech . My Dyson Vacuum has been with them for 3 months under a warranty claim and they say they are still awaiting parts . They do not ever return calls or e mails and it is very difficult to get hold of them on the phone . Its a pity about the atrocious backup service as most of the Dyson products are decent. This is the last Dyson product I will purchase It is the last Dyson product

I have been struggling to get hold of the Dyson agent in South Africa. I placed an order and these are not cheap devices and I have had no feedback. Nothing. No order number. I tried to contact them and the number is either always engaged or nobody is there to answer. This is ********** customer service. Dyson USA need to find another agent in SA. I once called them and managed to speak to someone to ask about an additional battery for my vacuum cleaner. I was told to contact them back in February. I don't understand, why not take my number. Now they've taken my money and ghosted me. Its like these people never work.

On the 22nd December 2025 I took my Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner to Tudortech as it was not working and is like new as it has hardly been used Their technical department was closed , which is to be expected this time of year, but what was worrying I was told from now on Dyson support will only be available in Cape Town the Johannesburg office is closing, if I want my Dyson fixed they will courier it at a cost of R400 and another R400 to send it back, regardless whether they fix it or not For a top market product like Dyson the service support is shocking, I will never buy Dyson again as there is just no after service, which is important Carol Plunkett

Can one give NO STARS? Possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I deal with a lot of service providers and companies. It has taken more than 8 months to get a Dyson wand for a vacuum. No communication, no accountability and just ghosting. So do NOT buy any products that require post sales service from Tudortech as it’s non-existent. My client has 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners and I’ve told her to buy Bosch instead.

Tudortech are the official Dyson repair service. Their service has been shocking. Previously the charging unit for our vacuum was faulty and we waited three months for stock. Now the trigger unit for the vacuum has broken and we've been waiting another 3 months for the replacement. Every time we phone Tudortech they have the same speech that the stock hasn't come in. I have asked five times for a service manager to call me and every time I get the same lame statement that he/she is on a call or in a meeting. I do not believe that a company cannot know what stock is needed and when it is due to arrive. I now spoke to a service advisor and she says that the fault does not lie with them but with Dyson who have not sent the part.

I returned a Dyson Airwrap the same day that I recieved it, as I changed my mind and decided that I no longer require the product. The packaging was unopened. Upon receiving the parcel in perfect condition, Tudortech confirmed that a refund will be passed. However, 22 days later my R9 999 refund has still not been passed and when I send them emails, they do nothing about it. Their service is beyond shocking and I would think twice before placing an order with this company, as there is absolutely no after sales service that is given and sadly nobody cares.
