I have a horrible experience whereby a consultant told me that my account prescribed but because I have acknowledged debt the account has now unprescribed. I am still waiting for an enquiry to be finalised as they are going to check again if the account has prescribed.
I have had an assistance by the gentleman name Doctor and he was wonderful and very patient. He is a gem.
I have cancelled services with the company but they debited my account without my consent. I am struggling to get my money back.
