Hi, I went on Google yesterday and I was provided with incorrect information about the use of my Rhinocard @ Cape Vidal and Sodwana Bay. The only reason I purchased it was to gain entry and discounts at these areas. This is absolutely misleading. I sent messages soon after purchase yesterday asking if It can be reversed. No reply was received. Please assist. I need to reverse this credit card transaction. I even attached that of the website. Very very disappointed. Anitha Durgapershad
This is one of the worst medical aid schemesone can ever join, I have been with them for almost 40years but they never seem to fail in disappointing me. In December2024 last year and January 2025, I visited my neurosurgeon. Had go pay upfront R1450, to date no reimbur*****t. I am a Sassa pensioner. I can't tell you how many times I have submitted the claims. Every time you call its a new agent. I would appreciate it if someone from the scheme could call me to adress this issue. That's not all, my husband went to a opt****logist at Westville hospital, was all set to go for his cataract surgery, I was told I will have to pay 20% of total cost if performed at a hospital and not day center. My question, will they pay for a whole new check up nw. Pathetic services. Really disappointing even after upgrading my option.
