I ordered and paid for two lounge chairs from @Home online on Sunday. On Monday, I received a call confirming they would be delivered on Wednesday. I was excited by the prompt service. However, on Wednesday, only one chair was attempted to be delivered. They said they would try to get another one from a different store, but I insisted on accepting delivery only if both chairs matched. Now, I've received an email stating they can only deliver one chair and will refund me for the other, without attempting to find another chair from any other stores. I expected better service from Bash Group.
Be cautious when ordering from Glam-Cape Town online. I ordered clothing, paid, and received a tracking number indicating it was coming from China, not Cape Town as expected. After expressing my disappointment, they claimed it was the wrong tracking number and assured me my clothes were on the way. However, I haven't heard from them since.
