I used to be an intern at the organisation from last year June, this year January we worked but never got paid even the 2 weeks of February

I used to be an intern at the organisation from last year June, this year January we worked but never got paid even the 2 weeks of February. We then called and asked why are we not getting paid yet we are reporting to work on a daily basis, we were then to stop reporting to work from the day we made the call. Been calling from February to date asking about the money and they saying there are delays in months, I don't understand what kind of delays are those from February till now.
