I used to be an intern at the organisation from last year June, this year January we worked but never got paid even the 2 weeks of February. We then called and asked why are we not getting paid yet we are reporting to work on a daily basis, we were then to stop reporting to work from the day we made the call. Been calling from February to date asking about the money and they saying there are delays in months, I don't understand what kind of delays are those from February till now.

Insika Foundation, headed by COO Mrs Nompumelelo Mkhize, with reps Kelebogile and Katelgo Makinita, located at Midrand, Elethu House. Suite G4, Block 27 Thornhill Office Park 94 Bekker Rd, 1685...has let go of students on a stipend, without pay since January. Each of them owed R5250 because they weren't paid for January and half of February. They have been given the runaround since February 2024 as to when the students will be paid. It is unfortunate that such an NGO is doing this to students, because when I made calls, a lady by the name of Mpume Ngubane claiming she's the COO said there is no money to be paid. COO - 061 007 2975 Kelebogile - 072 076 1154 Katelgo Makinita - 084 899 3695

This organisation has dead moving as employees. They don't care about people. Phone is not answered and emails are not replied to. They are corrupt, dishonest and practice cheap labour. I worked for them as an outsourced facilitator and have not been compensated. It's been three weeks now, and no communication directly from them.
