I ordered a phone from MTN. Then immediately after my order I realised I won't be available at home to receive my phone, so I asked MTN to change to address for delivery to my work address. It was escalated and approved same time. All this happened Tuesday afternoon the 24th of February 2026. Although MTN SA might not be at Total fault, but the lack of communication from either is stressing me. Yesterday, the 25th of February, I get a notification from CourierIT RTT that my parcel is ready and heading to my home address. I asked RTT and they say they have not received any escalation for change of address, so whole day they don't communicate or update me thereafter. I am also told it is DSV that is supposed to deliver but I get a notification from RTT couriers. Now my tracking number is removed from their system and still no communication. I cannot track my parcel anymore. I do not know what is happening and I have been waiting for a straight answer. I'm disappointed big time.

I wanted to change my payment method from normal payment by card to a debit order...I usually pay on the 6th of every month but now my portal says on the 1st of every month. Called vodacom and I was told it is the way the system is made. That I should pay the new amount even though the system now says awaiting installation though I already have the device installed. I have paid but my profile still says awaiting installation

Each of them owed R5250 because they weren't paid for January and half of February. They have been given the runaround since February 2024 as to when the students will be paid. It is unfortunate that such an NGO is doing this to students, because when I made calls, a lady by the name of Mpume Ngubane claiming she's the COO said there is no money to be paid. App**** for the new RainOne 5G Deal. Deal went smoothly...I paid the pro rata rate and got confirmation of POP. I had problems paying directly because I wasn't able to put my ID Number on the site, so when I was done filling out the application form, a sales consultant by the name of INNOCENT from RAIN called me and explained everything. Said I shouldn't worry about the ID issue too, as long as I'm present with proper identification when the guys come deliver. Communication was top tier for me.
