I ordered a phone from MTN
I ordered a phone from MTN. Then immediately after my order I realised I won't be available at home to receive my phone, so I asked MTN to change to address for delivery to my work address. It was escalated and approved same time. All this happened Tuesday afternoon the 24th of February 2026. Yesterday, the 25th of February, I get a notification from CourierIT RTT that my parcel is ready and heading to my home address. I asked RTT and they say they have not received any escalation for change of address, so whole day they don't communicate or update me thereafter. Now my tracking number is removed from their system and still no communication. I cannot track my parcel anymore. I do not know what is happening and I have been waiting for a straight answer. I'm disappointed big time.

RTT Courier service - pathetic
Since when does it take sooo long to deliver a parcel? RTT promised delivery and then let us down!! Taking over 7 days to deliver?? I can not complain about the service, SINCE THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. They honestly do not care about their customers!! I do not even want to give them any score, since their service is soooo bad!! I will NEVER advise anybody to use RTT courier services. They do not take urgency in their deliveries!!

Checkers 60/60 unpaid claims
Useless with Checkers 60/60 claims. They will find a way to not claim your third party. They will write their report differently to yours and outsurance wont pay out. Outsurance is useless as well and the operator had very bad attitude. Biggest bunch of idiots!!!

Checkers 60/60 unpaid claims

Claim for repairs on my car which was bumped by sixty60 driver at the Checkers parking at south gate mall. RTT after multiple emails and calls has failed to provide claim number or feedback after 2 weeks still no help.

Non-Existant customer care!
I have been promised by this company that my parcel would be delivered by 14:00 today. Thery lied! Now, I cant even speak to them over the phone - I call, get placed on hold for "customer care" and thats where it ends.....holding on indefinately! Useless company! Non-existant customer care or service!

RTT is the worst courier service ever!!!! I bought some items from Trueworths online and it was couriered via RTT, I had to wait for more-than 7 days but no delivery took place. I am always home I mean working from home but no once came to deliver my parcel and when I went to check the status of my parcel it says “ TRU78257783” was returned to warehouse reasons they didn’t find someone. What surprises me is that no one even made an effort to contact me. I am very disappointed and even when you call their customer care-line the call will be placed on hold up until airtime is depleted. When you send a mail they don’t respond. All I can say is that RTT is a scam.

No service to rate cuz there are no service
The worst courier company ever, this is the second time I use them, and both times very disappointing. They don't answer a phone at the depo, phone numbers not working, then the worst is, its taking forever to be delivered.
