RTT Courier service - pathetic

Since when does it take sooo long to deliver a parcel? RTT promised delivery and then let us down!! Taking over 7 days to deliver?? I can not complain about the service, SINCE THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. They honestly do not care about their customers!! I do not even want to give them any score, since their service is soooo bad!! I will NEVER advise anybody to use RTT courier services. They do not take urgency in their deliveries!!
