Checkers 60/60 drivers lying on paper saying they aren’t wrong and insurance don’t pay out.
Bad operator with bad attitude! They and RTT are working together to not pay out third party claims. Biggest ****mers ever
Useless with Checkers 60/60 claims. They will find a way to not claim your third party. They will write their report differently to yours and outsurance wont pay out. Outsurance is useless as well and the operator had very bad attitude. Biggest bunch of idiots!!!
Useless service! Paying for 250mbps line only getting 80-90 mbps. WhatsApp chats are useless. Complaints email doesn’t get back to you. When you phone sales they log a escalation and when you tell them you want to speak to someone they hang up in your ear. Never ever use these useless c*nts in your life!!!!!
Account settled 30 days prior to payment schedule to get line released. Have proof that line should be released by 31 July 2021. Now all of a sudden they won’t release my fibre line for another 30 days. Customer service is horrible! Always a queue of 5+ people and always more than 30minutes on the phone before someone assists you! Sick of this!!!
Service was excellent. Had a senior consultant Tebogo that assisted me with my policies and help me get the premium to a great price. Would definitely recommend to ask for Tebogo.
Piece of sh*t company. Does not answer phone calls as soon as you pay your first payment. Does not reply to emails. I have not used a single kb of data after I paid and they are just not getting back to me. My sim was activated and since then the sim is not working at all. Useless company!!!!! Never ever use the company if you get to read this review. Rather wait longer and get proper service from a company that values people and do not rip people off. Scammers.
Useless service if you want to cancel your service even though you are more than willing to pay a penalty. Been more than 1o working days and I have just received SMS's from then and getting no response to their emails. Logged a complaint again regarding my cancellation and still, they haven't come back to me
Terrible service at Decofurn Boksburg. Every week there is a different excuse. They do not know what they are doing. I am encouraging people to rather make use of a different branch or even a different furniture store. When they give you a contact number you never get hold of them and when you get to the store there is always an excuse. Been there on maybe 4-5 occasions then there is no stock or they were delayed by rain or there is no transport to pick up from another branch. I will never buy from them ever again.
