I ordered a phone from MTN. Then immediately after my order I realised I won't be available at home to receive my phone, so I asked MTN to change to address for delivery to my work address. It was escalated and approved same time. All this happened Tuesday afternoon the 24th of February 2026. Yesterday, the 25th of February, I get a notification from CourierIT RTT that my parcel is ready and heading to my home address. I asked RTT and they say they have not received any escalation for change of address, so whole day they don't communicate or update me thereafter. Now my tracking number is removed from their system and still no communication. I cannot track my parcel anymore. I do not know what is happening and I have been waiting for a straight answer. I'm disappointed big time.
