Placed a order, no response, no phones working, no emails answered, Try to cancel the order after some time, same problem, not even their ticket system work, Please think twice before doing business with then, I should have red the revies before I made that mistake, Prices looks promising but that is a **** in my opinion.
Dear [Head Office/Customer Service Team], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about an incident that occurred at the Cash Crusaders store in Upington on the morning of 1 March 2025. As a regular customer of your store, I was shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated. Upon arriving at the entrance of the store, one of the employees blocked my entry and informed me that I could not enter the store while wearing a golf cap. The staff member explained that the cap was a security concern for the cameras, and I was told I would need to either remove it or wear it the wrong way around. I found this interaction particularly upsetting as my cap did not obscure my face in any way, nor was I wearing any items such as a face mask that could have posed a security risk. I believe this action was unnecessary and unfair, especially given my longstanding patronage of the store. I would like to request a formal explanation for this policy and clarification on whether such treatment is standard procedure for all customers. As a loyal customer, I feel this incident was both uncalled for and disrespectful.
WOW is all I can say, When you phone, their is answer or they phone you back, I have placed a order and 24 hours later, 1000km away I got my product, good fast shipping. a Vodacom agent called me and migrated 2 of my contracts, in stead of the promised less installment of R150 it went up R400, I called Vodacom to sort this out, every agent promised me results and a call back, now when I call they say an unexpected high call rate was detected from my number and its blocked, so I must I fix it if vodacom block their own customers to prevent them from calling.
Very bad service, I ordered a item a month ago, They don't answer a e-mail if you ask for a status, they don't answer a phone, if you call you are number 3, estimated time is 29 Minutes, and after 30minyou are still number 3 and estimated time is 29 Minutes, This looks more and more like a **** shop.
Never ever again, Went to Upington Tiger Wheel & Tyre, for a standard puncture repair on a 125cc scrambler tyre that I already taken off the bike, they charged me 1 third more than the other tyre shops quoted in Upington. Daylight *******, almost what a new tube cost.
I purchased a night vision from Blades and Trigger more than a month ago, at first the wrong unit came, and informed the salesperson and with hardly no effort the correct one arrive, until this point I had good service, but then…. I was not happy with the product and ask if I can return it for a refund the very next day, I waited a few days for the answer phoning every day, and hot the “Yes but I will have to pay 10% Handling fee) I accept and return the unit the same day they gave me the go ahead. The unit was delivered to them on 24-Jan 2024, after about a week they say it takes 5-7 days for a refund to process, ok, its now more than 14 working days, still no refund, and I’m losing a hefty 10% and it’s a lot on a high amount, I even paid the courier to return the product. I always got good service when buying, I can wish customers good luck when sending something back for a refund even if it was approved.
Do Not deal with these people, I have ordered an item, and a few hours later they canceled the order, reason is the supplier is out of stock, but they still advertise it is in stock, same item listed under 3 prices, I believe the most expensive will be in stock, now I have to wait 10 workings days and hope they give me back my money,
The worst courier company ever, this is the second time I use them, and both times very disappointing. They don't answer a phone at the depo, phone numbers not working, then the worst is, its taking forever to be delivered.
