My parcel (UATJ7TG3B) was booked early morning on the 12 March 2026. Courier Guy did not even bother to collect it! And now, 09:13 on the 13 March 2026, they still have not collected it! I needed this parcel today in Polokwane! This is dismal service!!!!
I am a private client with Nedbank. I have been trying to verify my cards for Samsung wallet, the whole weekend. They were working on the app up until Saturday afternoon. Nedbank cannot help me. They blame Vodacom! I even tried the private client number and they cannot help me either! I tried to contact my banker, but they do not respond to their e-mails and the number listed on the nedbank app is incorrect!
A parcel for me was sent from Italy. It is now stuck in Kempton Park!. At first they wanted a copy of my ID, which I sent. Then they wanted me to pay the duties, which I did. Now they want my import permit number - I am not an importer and do not have one. I communicated this to them via e-mail.....no response. I have since sent 4 e-mails....same result,.... no response! They have taken my ID, taken my money and they refuse to deliver my property!!!!!
I am a private client with Nedbank and my business account is also with Nedbank. Recently my new card for the business account was sent to the locker at my branch. I could not get there before the card was sent back to the branch. I sent e-mail to my banker to request assistance because I am not able to visit a branch during office hours. They have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge the e-mail, let alone offer any assistance!
Useless! I canceled this stupid money scheme but Discovery insists on trying to debit my bank account! I will keep reversing the debit orders until you get the frikin message!!!!!!!! I DO NOT WANT YOPUR **** VITALITY RIP_OFF SCHEME!!!!!!
I placed an order at 15:27 today. I leave work at 17:00. I was forced to cancel the order at 16:30, the order was not even picked yet!

I buy food from this establishment very often, mainly because it is close to my business. They know me well and also know that I like fresh food. I have occasionally had to return food to them because of stale bread rolls or old soggy chips. Today I placed an order which should have consisted of 2 portions chicken, chips, a bread roll and a cold drink. I was shocked when I opened the box to literally find a total of 8 chips! Daylight *******! I will no longer support this business and will rather spend my cash elsewhere!
I am trying to port my MTN number to Vodacom. I have followed their instructions on the website, it did not work. I then called their "help" centre a number of times, they could not assist me! So, on Sunday, I went to their store in Mall of the North to ask for assistance. They told me I can only port a number from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5 pm!!!!!! What the hell kind of service is that????!!!! I run a business and the only time I have to go to their store is on weekends! Vodacom is full of ****!
I had an MTN contract which is now ended. I wanted to move my number to Vodacom. I followed the instructions on their website and sent the relevant sms. Nothing happened! I then called Vodacom. The agent sounded very disinterested...frankly, she should find another job! I explained what I wanted to do and she said I have to contact MTN. MTN says I have to contact Vodacom! Obviously both networks are making far too much money and are not interested in their customers.... Maybe moving from MTN to Vodacom will be a mistake?!?
