Trueworths online and their courier partner RTT is a scam!!!! I bought some items from Trueworths online and it was couriered via RTT, I had to wait for more-than 7 days but no delivery took place. I am always home I mean working from home but no once came to deliver my parcel and when I went to check the status of my parcel it says “ TRU78257783” was returned to warehouse reasons they didn’t find someone. What surprises me is that no one even made an effort to contact me. I am very disappointed and even when you call their customer care-line the call will be placed on hold up until airtime is depleted. When you send a mail they don’t respond. All I can say is that RTT is a scam. I tried to involve Trueworths online department but no one was interested to help. I lodge a complaint on the 15th of December and up until today no reference number was issued. This is very disappointing and I will never shop at Trueworths.
