I had an extremely frustrating experience with Brenda at this establishment. After placing an order over the phone and being told it would be ready in 45 minutes, I arrived at the store only to be informed that they had no record of my order. Brenda's dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the mistake were incredibly frustrating. Instead of offering a solution, she simply suggested I wait another 45 minutes for a new order. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills made this interaction one of the worst I've had. Avoid dealing with Brenda if you can help it.
