I had a very disappointing experience at the Pathcare Vermaak branch in Midstream Hill Hospital this morning. From the very first interaction, the staff member who assisted me, Prudence, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was condescending, and at no point did she show any intention of providing proper service or care. There was absolutely no reason for her to insist that my doctor resend a form he had already provided two weeks ago—especially considering he intentionally left the date blank because he is monitoring the same ongoing concerns. Instead of focusing on patient care, she created unnecessary obstacles. Visiting a pathology lab is already stressful, and the least one expects is basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I will not be returning to any Pathcare Vermaak again. Thankfully, Ampath- located just one floor up- assisted me immediately with friendly, efficient service. Pathcare Vermaak has now lost me, and by extension, all my customers, as a patient.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. I waited four months to receive my number plates, which is completely unacceptable and indicates a serious lack of organization and customer care. Additionally, the dealership took two months to settle my trade-in, which caused an extra debit order to be deducted from my bank account, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. Mohammed Wadee promised that the debit order would be refunded, but I am still waiting. This constant runaround and failure to fulfill promises is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the dealership's business practices. I suspect something ******** may be going on at this dealership and urge anyone considering doing business with them to be very cautious. This experience has been a nightmare, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Proceed with caution if you value your time and money.
