I received a call from the call centre asking about the account and I raised several RED FLAGS and I would like this addressed IMMEDIATELY. Discovery Paid R1691.70 Vermaak/Landau Claims to receive: R1367 Vermaak/Landau Settlement: R1624.22 Based on what Discovery Paid and what Vermaak/Landau received does not match and there is R257.22 unaccounted for. I have ATTACHED the proof of payment from Discovery and other RELEVANT documentation. Your response in this matter is needed to address what seems to be *****ulent and incorrect activity.

Made a payment last month as soon as I got the invoice. Then again received a notification that the money is outstanding! Had to send emails and numerous phone calls only to be told yes they did receive a payment. We told the person that the balance of around R190 will be paid END OF NOVEMBER!! straight afterwards I received communication, the balance is still outstanding. Today I receive a threat that I will be handed over to the sheriff if immediate payment is not made!!!! What the hell! Are you do desperate for money???? I will NEVER deal with vermaak again. Shame inflation must have hit you hard!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pathcare Vermaak branch in Midstream Hill Hospital this morning. From the very first interaction, the staff member who assisted me, Prudence, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was condescending, and at no point did she show any intention of providing proper service or care. There was absolutely no reason for her to insist that my doctor resend a form he had already provided two weeks ago—especially considering he intentionally left the date blank because he is monitoring the same ongoing concerns. Instead of focusing on patient care, she created unnecessary obstacles. Visiting a pathology lab is already stressful, and the least one expects is basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I will not be returning to any Pathcare Vermaak again. Thankfully, Ampath- located just one floor up- assisted me immediately with friendly, efficient service. Pathcare Vermaak has now lost me, and by extension, all my customers, as a patient.

Path-etic service. For the first time ever I was forced to use Pathcare in stead of Lancet for blood tests. What a pathetic place. Backyard operation. Refuses to give me my own results, app doesn't work, lies about results not out yet. Email takes forever to arrive. These people are re-inventing the wheel! Seems they are stuck in the 1970's. Very very bad. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with PathCare today. I was previously told that I could have my results printed for me if I wanted them. When I called to confirm this and asked if I could collect them from the nearest office, my call was answered by a lady named Kim from Head Office. Kim was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me politely, she told me that I cannot receive my results directly which completely contradicts the information I was given before. Her tone and attitude were uncalled for and showed a complete lack of customer service and patience. I would also like to understand why I can’t have access to my own results doesn’t POPIA give me the right to access my personal information? They deserve to be reported. This experience really ruined my day and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. PathCare seriously needs to train their staff on professionalism, communication, and treating customers with basic courtesy.

My dad got a message saying that I need to pay my account.... this is how my horrible Journey started with this company. First of all, I do not know PathcareVermaak, I didn't not request or order any services from them. I didn't even know this company existed. So my dad got aa message then they started smsing me and and sending final notices. I have tried to contact Pathcare over multiple channels with no reply. Please prove to me that I actually own you money.... I will not be paying otherwise, I have no association to you, and if I did then why did you contact my father first???
