They Sell **** hair during specials, they sold me 2x hair which was blended human hair and synthetic hai, when you iron the hair the synthetic part shrinks, i tried reaching out to them several time but they are ignoring all my communications, i was ****med.
Great service feedback i got from pathcare after raising a matter that did not sit well with me. Good customer service comes a long way as much as it goes a long way, keep up and thank you
I had a very disappointing experience with PathCare today. I was previously told that I could have my results printed for me if I wanted them. When I called to confirm this and asked if I could collect them from the nearest office, my call was answered by a lady named Kim from Head Office. Kim was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me politely, she told me that I cannot receive my results directly which completely contradicts the information I was given before. Her tone and attitude were uncalled for and showed a complete lack of customer service and patience. I would also like to understand why I can’t have access to my own results doesn’t POPIA give me the right to access my personal information? They deserve to be reported. This experience really ruined my day and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. PathCare seriously needs to train their staff on professionalism, communication, and treating customers with basic courtesy.
I had a bit of a challenge with Sani Car Rental, particularly with a staff member named Anke he really needs to be trained on customer service, when I returned the car at their offices at Cape Town International Airport. However, I was impressed by how they handled the situation. They dealt with everything amicably, and in the end, I left as a happy customer (shout out to Tasmika). Since they’re still relatively new to the industry, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I’m glad I did. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the gentleman who assisted me when I first picked up the car. I may have forgotten his name, but his kindness and great customer service really stood out. Keep up the good work, my man – kindness truly goes a long way!
If I could give a one-star rating, I would. My husband and I have experienced consistently poor service at Car Care Clinic Centurion on two separate occasions. When my husband took his car in, it was only partially fixed. We were informed upon collection that they wouldn’t address additional issues without permission. We expected a full diagnosis and repair, especially since the necessary parts were already in the car. A call to inform us would have been appreciated. The reception staff was incredibly rude during our visit, which only added to our frustration. Although the car had an oil leak that was supposedly fixed, it continued to leak after the service. When we brought it back for a third time, they left it parked in the sun all day and claimed they hadn’t done anything because they couldn't reach my husband due to incorrect contact details—despite having his correct number from the previous visit. Ultimately, my husband took the car to KIA because the time, effort, and money spent at Car Care Clinic felt like a waste. I truly doubt that the positive reviews reflect the service we've received. If you want to avoid frustration and irritation, I recommend staying away from Car Care Clinic Centurion; they are not living up to their name at all. This is based on our experience.
Received the worst service ever at Centurion mall starbucks, as me and my family where waiting for our drinks we had to move to the other side of the counter coz there was a guy mopping and we did that out decency and logic, the lady that was serving us did not even call our names she just said the drinks are ready with a lower voice full of attitude, then i asked if she can give us the drinks from where we were, she said no the drinks are served from the other side where we moved from mind you they were mopping that area! I was so ****ed to an extend that i did not even enjoy my drink, is the bad employees that ruin the businesses reputation and name. Centurion mall Starbucks just lost a customer.!
Bought a Bennett read kettle after the sales guys convinced me to do so, 6 months down the line the lid does not close it boils water while open, had to take it back to the store and they say it will take 2 to 3 weeks imagine! What an inconvenience, now am without a kettle and deep down i do not want it repaired i want it exchanged for another brand…i was actually looking for a Phillips kettle which was out of stock that day! I am here regretting today!

Had a very good and professional experience with them when i bought my Iphone, even when i was not happy with the size of my phone they reached out to me to assist.

Any way i was finally assisted by ***** on the 3rd day, Marquis finance really need to work hard on customer service</div>
