I received a call from the call centre asking about the account and I raised several RED FLAGS and I would like this addressed IMMEDIATELY. Discovery Paid R1691.70 Vermaak/Landau Claims to receive: R1367 Vermaak/Landau Settlement: R1624.22 Based on what Discovery Paid and what Vermaak/Landau received does not match and there is R257.22 unaccounted for. I have ATTACHED the proof of payment from Discovery and other RELEVANT documentation. Your response in this matter is needed to address what seems to be *****ulent and incorrect activity.
More like no Access. The service is down at least 3 times a week for multiple periods throughout the day. How can Clear Access expand but cannot provide a basic service for existing customers.
So went to trauma, following day I was admitted. This should all be submitted as one claim as this was also a PMB situation. Absolutely disgusted how they constantly choose to use incorrect codes, having patients sort out the incompetence of so called competent practitioners.
The worst service ever. Ordered something, driver is unable to turnaround. Not only was it a birthday gift for my partner. There’s a cake! If only I saw earlier. Some deliveries have been awful. Best of all. Can’t even receive it tomorrow as we are not home. Almost R1000 down the drain. So sorry a customer has inconvenienced you.
As a consumer, I do try and always leave a review when I receive GREAT service. Again WITHOUT a DOUBT phenomenal service from Discovery Bank. Can't remember who I spoke to, but thank you for your prompt and friendly service. KEEP IT UP GUYS!
I am one of THE BIGGEST Discovert Cheerleaders! From their Banking, to Insurance to Medical Aid. Though I am once again let down by Medical. When it comes to mental health. There are zero ticks given. I have enrolled in their useless programs, weeks ago I might add. I am yet to be contact by some random coach. Their mental well being sleep whatevs it’s called an absolute joke. I need to physically sit down and speak with a professional at the moment. Do you think I can… Well that is still to be determined. On top of that. I have a tumor and guess what… I need to pay for a urologist visit as this is not covered by the plan. Though to my knowledge this is a PMB. I am so disappointed in Discovery for the above. My mental health is in shambles and what used to aid me does not give 2 ticks anymore. Just direct me to an app!
I gave notice of cancellation as my contract was coming to an end. This was in October 2024. It is now February 2025. Numerous phone calls, emails, reference numbers. The insurance has still not been cancelled and I am due a credit for 2 months. This is daylight *******! Everytime the only response I get is ‘we will escalate’ I don’t who they escalate it to. Possibly print the email, drop it in the elevator and hope and pray the elevator escalates it to the correct floor.
Clicks Olympus Village!!!! The absolute worst!!!! Every single month, they can never find my details or even promptly get my script ready! Yesterday, I handed in a new script for collection today! Surprise, surprise, no one has a single clue on the script that was handed in. The fact that everyone and every time one is there, there is always a problem. Pharmacists who have zero clue on what is going on! Then 1 cashier at the tills. I have been there after 10am, I have been there midday as well later in the afternoon. There are never cashiers and are always called to the tills! We have now requested the return of our scripts and will now be taking our business elsewhere.
I would strongly suggest that if you do not have 14 - 21 business days available to wait for things. Move to a different network provider. I have been struggling for well over a month to attempt to get an upgrade done. Was at a store 4 times in one week. Zero help. Online upgrades what a joke. Been waiting for well over a week for someone to contact me. They don’t even know what they are doing. I am so disappointed in how the service has deteriorated over the years.
I cancelled my insurance at the end of May. All was confirmed and now my account has been debited.
