Useless system that canot even detect when sending money FNB to FNB.I lost R1500 that was send to me by my friends. Worst part one of my friend is using FNB. I am told that they will charge R325 from R500 that was send. Capitec is better as the system is able to pick beneficiary. I will be moving all saving even my salary
ood morning I would like to complain about the FNB system that is unable to detect the beneficiary name and account number. my friends has made payment in December and only realized yesterday that the account is wrong. I have proof of payments but FNB could not assist. The worst part of all is that FNB system is unable to match beneficiary name and account. if FNB system was able to detect that beneficiary name is different from account number. The system is total a failure. I must leave FNB. My salary must just go to other bank . Standard and Capitec is able to detect errors
Good afternoon Please beware of the DSTV calls. I was called and informed that as from 1 Jul 2025 DSTV will be cancelling existing insurance and is compulsory to take R49. Only to find out that the consultant was lying and now had 2 insurances. worst part of all after going to the offices, i was instructed to send email for the claim. On the day of delivery of dish, I was informed that i have 2 insurances, two year contract and normal insurance. I was also informed that I should have went to the shop instead of requesting the dish to be delivered. I do not understand as I have been paying for the dish for the past 11 years without claiming but there is additional amount of R30
Beware of OUTsurance having standard access for power surge. The access amount to R5000 for R50 000 which means that even if you have claim less than R5000, you cannot claim. I am having the same problem. I am told that access is standard for everyone and is really ridiculous as prices for appliances varies
I ordered sprinkle meal at Pedros (Johannesburg CBD). However I have requested the lady to cancel as I wanted sprinkle with piece of chicken. I had an walk in appointment with SARS however I was send KIOSK . I could not be assisted as the two employees were also but assisting with self service. I was then send back to the counter as the other lady who came was under the impression that I do not have financials. I was totally lost as I had laptop which had all the information required. The next thing SARS will charging us penalities
