A bad service given and a bad attitude posed by an employee working at Game Waterfall Mall. His name is Kagiso apparently employed by Hisense at Game store. We reported our matter on the 12 April 2024 and 2 weeks later when we went to seek progress in terms of our claim we discovered he had done nothing about our matter. After several intervention from his ****orkers he came and gave us bad attitude. We were assisted by his colleague but we fill that people like Kagiso should not be working in retail industry where there is a high expectation of best customer service linked with hospitality. We need the store to deal decisively with Kagiso and feedback to given.
