Poor service from Builders Warehouse online shop!
I purchased Galvanised Corrugated Iron Roof Sheet (0.27 x 3000mm) Qty 10 on line on the 14 Aug, 2024. Told Arrives in 2 - 5 days. I sent a request for feedback on why no material was delivered on Tue, Aug 20, 10:48 AM - received an automated reply that "1004058998 - Ref no. - Thanks for getting in touch, we’re on it" Still nothing I sent a request for feedback on why no material was delivered on Tue, Aug 20, 10:48 AM - received an automated reply that "1004061587 - Ref no. - Thanks for getting in touch, we’re on it" still nothing as of today 11:14 22/08/2024

Go Options ****
We were told we had won a holiday and just had to collect the voucher. On arriving we were subjected to an hour of bulltwang about the benefits of joining Go options. they wanted ud to give up some of our holiday club points for them to sell, promising us a very lucrative profit. then we were told we had to pay for the privilege! We respectively declined and were given the 'voucher'. On attempting to redeem it we discover that we have a voucher worth $200 but can only use $#20 per holiday booking. This was a total waste of our time not to mention the agony of having to listen to their bull twang, but also false advertising or marketing. My advise, is don't fall for any 'you've won a whatever'. just kindly say 'no thank you' and save yourself time and money, for the trip, not to mention what you might spend joining them!
