Go Options ****
We were told we had won a holiday and just had to collect the voucher. On arriving we were subjected to an hour of bulltwang about the benefits of joining Go options. they wanted ud to give up some of our holiday club points for them to sell, promising us a very lucrative profit. then we were told we had to pay for the privilege! We respectively declined and were given the 'voucher'. On attempting to redeem it we discover that we have a voucher worth $200 but can only use $#20 per holiday booking. This was a total waste of our time not to mention the agony of having to listen to their bull twang, but also false advertising or marketing. My advise, is don't fall for any 'you've won a whatever'. just kindly say 'no thank you' and save yourself time and money, for the trip, not to mention what you might spend joining them!

Not Happy
Everything started when we requested in our email that the accommodation must be wheelchair friendly and they booked a place for my parents that is NOT wheelchair friendly and when we questioned it my parents where told the booking can not be changed to a different location, how do you expect somebody that is dependent on a wheelchair to move up and down the stairs....It continues, yes there is a no cancellation policy but also where is the humanity. My parents need to cancel the holiday because my mom was admitted to hospital she has terminal breast and brain cancer. It was not a cancellation request just because they didnt felt like going anymore. Everything is not set in stone and feel cases like this might need some special discussion. In conclusion so my parents loose their money cause you will not consider the circumstances,they can not go to a place anyway that is not wheelchair friendly and with my mom being hospitalized. Thank you for not seeing the human side of life.

Exceptional Service
I had the privilege of using Go Options to book a family holiday. Their staff was exceptional in getting me hassle-free bookings with a quick turnaround time. I will use them again for future holidays.

Un healthy business practice.
This company offers you vouchers for $ 200 to go to a short seminar where they try and convince you to buy into the company offering you money-very similar to a ponce scheme. Then when you go and use the voucher which is only allowed to be used through Go Options they inflate the price three times the original price to capture back the money. I booked for two night at a hotel/resort in Margate, ample rooms available. They informed me there is no rooms available. So they gave me pricing for the following week inflating the price by 3 x the original price to capture the money back. Fortunately i have everything in writing and email so I am sharing this with you as a matter of interest.

Season Golf & Leisure resort
Really had a good stay and breakaway at Seasons. Would go back with my family to enjoy the facilities there - I see the is ongoing improvements over time at Seasons - can't wait until the bigger restaurant opens for more people to be served and seated. Thanks for a good stay
