Ordered a x box 1 controll on line and received. Was on special for +- R700. 11 Aprill 2025. On 14 Aprill my son wanted to set up new controll and on the screen it said that this controll will we locked in a view days. Contacted Makro and was told that this was not the "real" controll and that I need to buy the correct controll. Drove through to Makro bought the correct controll and wanted to exchange the controll but was told it was bought on line and had to be returned that way. Then the problems started. I did not buy it on my profile but directly so I good not book a return . Have send several e mails explaining and send a photo that I cannot book a return as well as phone over 15 time explaining the problem and nothing . No help the same thing ,book it back. How many time do one need to show and explain to a company that I need some there to book back the controll as I am unable to do so. Have driven back again to Makro to see if the manager can't assist and day 3 now and still the same thing. Makro on line is the worse of worse . No HELP, UNABLE TO ASSIST, UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND . EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT CAN ASSIST . FIRE THE HOLE LOT THERE AS WELL AS THE SUPERVISORS THAT IS NOT ASSISTING OR DOING ANY THING TO RESOLVE THIS. . I RECEIVED THE CONTROLL ON 12 Aprill it's now 29 Aprill after spending over R200 on calls sevrall e mails driving 50 km there ,50 km back X3 now and still no resolution . Is this the way Makro does business then I will post daily on all media that they are the poorest company to do business with and if I can get 10 or 20 people not to buy from them ,then I have succeeded
We had the misfortune to hid one of these plastic warning sigh nextvto the road with the wind in western cape blew under the car and the radiator and some zircon pipe got damage. Aa pick up the car took it to helderberg and also started the claim through insurance. Fist we got a quote for almost R13000.and insurance paid out say R8000. Then the problems started . 3 weeks later we get told they made a mistake and there is a additional R1300 plus outstanding . To day we went in only to be told again. I say again that the route has jumped t00 R16000 and some thing and we now had to pay in additional R3300. Then my wife received the new quote per e mail stating R1300 plus. So can some in Suzuki explain this to me because every one says pay . Where we come from is the fist quot is correct espesialy if it was paid. The person that made the mistake carries the diffrence. Can some one at this crock place please assist. Extremely bad 👎
From the start was helped . Very nice people that assist and also follow up during and after. So far 10 out of 10 experience for me
