It was the best
It was the best. 👍 The experience was the best. My daughter was on her way to work and had car problems, causing her to pull off on the N7. She was alone and there was no immediate residential area. I was at home and called MiWay Insurance for roadside assistance. I was swiftly, carefully and meticulously guided by Jayden Lotz, immediately asking me to send the location where my daughter was stuck, asking if it was safe where she was, mentioning the Uber voucher to either take her to work or home and within no time a tow-truck was arranged as well the Uber-voucher to transport my daughter to work while the car was being towed home. All the while Jayden also texted me to check if the tow-truck had arrived, the registration number was given to ensure it matched. This was really excellent and swift assistance in an otherwise uncertain and anxious situation.
