I recently changed my medical aid plan from comprehensive to essential and I was advised that my savings will be paid into my account after 4 months. During the month of May 2024. So on the 2nd May 2024 I called the medical aid offices and spoke Odwa who advised that payment will be done on the 15th May 2024 (he did not mention that I needed to confirm my banking details). On the 15th May 2024 morning I contacted the call center again and the lady by the name of Belinda confirms my banking details and advices that she will call me back and she never did. When I called again during the day I spoke to Patricia who now advices me that payment will only go through next week. I already have plans and things I need to pay. Speaking to the supervisor (Tshepang) does not even help. They are a bunch of *********** human beings you can ever find on earth. I believe that the 3sixty staff is not well trained because when our medical aid was under Discovery we did not have such shame and disgrace. I need them to pay for all the inconveniences caused and delays.
