The *****sters of note,the employees seems to be colluding with the doctors to to de***** clients.I got a statement in February and the was a particular doctor who made claims against me,I called the medical scheme to alert them, the employee said she will call the doctor and get back to me.I waited for more than a week and called back to do a follow up,and they had done nothing about the issue, I called for the third time and they realized that I was very angry and send me reversal claims forms. I filled them and sent them, they did not even acknowledge receipt of the documents. I thought they will attend to the matter,and God was I wrong. I just got a statement from them yesterday, with the same doctor claiming more money. I try to call in,but once they got my member number they drop the call on me.The employees are clearly involved in this ***** and they make it clear that they are just not willing to help.

We treating an SAB patient as an out patient. SAB gave us authorisation till 31st of December 2024. Since the 13th of November 2024 we submitted claims and they were not paid its been 3 weeks now calling and following up but no success. The consultants keeps on saying they will resubmit the claims but no payment received.

Im writing this as an optometry services provider. We have been trying to change our banking details for weeks now. Every time we call we get stories. Worst part i was a service provider last year, same practice number,all i wanted to change was banking details and adress. We submitted all the docs they asked for but till today no assistance whatsoever. Consultants very ***********. Odwa and Tebogo why do you keep giving us run arounds. Whats stopping you guys from updating our details. Why do you still have my 2017 details yet i was a service provider last year.

Im writing this as an optometry services provider. We have been trying to change our banking details for weeks now. Every time we call we get stories. Worst part i was a service provider last year, same practice number,all i wanted to change was banking details and adress. We submitted all the docs they asked for but till today no assistance whatsoever. Consultants very ***********. Odwa and Tebogo why do you keep giving us run arounds. Whats stopping you guys from updating our details. Why do you still have my 2017 details yet i was a service provider last year.

I recently changed my medical aid plan from comprehensive to essential and I was advised that my savings will be paid into my account after 4 months. During the month of May 2024. So on the 2nd May 2024 I called the medical aid offices and spoke Odwa who advised that payment will be done on the 15th May 2024 (he did not mention that I needed to confirm my banking details). On the 15th May 2024 morning I contacted the call center again and the lady by the name of Belinda confirms my banking details and advices that she will call me back and she never did. When I called again during the day I spoke to Patricia who now advices me that payment will only go through next week. I already have plans and things I need to pay. Speaking to the supervisor (Tshepang) does not even help. They are a bunch of *********** human beings you can ever find on earth. I believe that the 3sixty staff is not well trained because when our medical aid was under Discovery we did not have such shame and disgrace. I need them to pay for all the inconveniences caused and delays.

reference number WF20230731N9598169 - Claim XR12469434 09 May 2023 claim still not paid after numerous requests and queries pre-auth was obtained but still the claim keeps getting rejected and querying with client services is like hitting a brick wall Numerous reference numbers gets issued e.g. WF20230808N9602625 but still claim not paid

So where will i start I have an account for an Anesthetist for 06/12/2022 there was a valid Auth for the procedure done. according to Richard from Discovery the claim was short paid as it did not link to the auth ( 27848666) but they are no longer administrating SAB medical scheme so i have to call 360 health spoke to Nduvho that advised me that they are not working on 2022 claims at all so now i have an account for my Anesthetist that is not getting paid as no one is taking responsibility for any 2022 Sab medical scheme claims any more so where do i go with this unpaid claim back to the member?

I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. As usual they don't pay for any medication whatsover. I phoned the call center, was bounced around from one consultant to the other.. 15 consultants later and a logged complaint I still have no medication but they are quick to take my money. It's like i'm paying for a hospital plan #win

this by far the worst service provider ever to exist, for a health care provider to gamble with people's live i have been trying to claim for chronic medication ever since i joined this scheme and i regret even leaving my previous medical aid , all the customer knows is to shift blame and transfer calls, the reason i will die will be from the stress i go through every month to get my meds which i even pay for from my own pocket whereas i have medical that must cover my condition i believe i have waited long enough before i took this step anyone thinking of joining this scheme please consider other option you will signing your own death by joining this company.
