Most useless service provider,the is just zero services. The email auto response has a turn around time of three to five working days but you will never get any feedback from this people. My advice is that if you want to avoid frustration in life, stay away from such Healthcare providers.
Toyota Alberton change my whole mind about Toyota south Africa as a brand. I have been servicing a car at Toyota for the past four years and I had lost hope.I had taken a position that customer service was just not their thing, been subject to ******,incompetence in Mpumalanga.I tried Toyota alberton and the service was second to none,it was the first time I got a proper service from Toyota in the past four years.I have sent countless emails to their head office about my past experiences, and one of their replies was that the Toyota that I was complaining about was a franchise. The guys in alberton should maintain what they are doing, they remind us why we feel in love with the brand.
The *****sters of note,the employees seems to be colluding with the doctors to to de***** clients.I got a statement in February and the was a particular doctor who made claims against me,I called the medical scheme to alert them, the employee said she will call the doctor and get back to me.I waited for more than a week and called back to do a follow up,and they had done nothing about the issue, I called for the third time and they realized that I was very angry and send me reversal claims forms. I filled them and sent them, they did not even acknowledge receipt of the documents. I thought they will attend to the matter,and God was I wrong. I just got a statement from them yesterday, with the same doctor claiming more money. I try to call in,but once they got my member number they drop the call on me.The employees are clearly involved in this ***** and they make it clear that they are just not willing to help.
I honestly don't know weather the influence is the immoral working environment or what, but you can't call four different consultant who practice such immorality in one company. The are zero business ethics in old mutual iWYZE insurance. I called them the whole week to cancel a policy that was coming inforce on the 25, each and everytime when i am transferred to the cancellation department, the call center agent will make funny noises and act like they can't hear me until i hang up the phone,they did it more than three times. Today i call in the morning to inform them about a written notice of temination that i send around the 15th, i am then told by a guy called Tsotetsi that i won't get my money back since the debit run yesterday. I tell him that its an indemnity insurance, i can't have from two company coverings the same thing as the purpose is to restore one to original position after an event. The guy told me that they wont return the money as i have to give 31days notice, i have not even send them picture of my car,they don't know how it looks like but they have concluded that we have an agreement , without verified pictures of the item.One of the terms and conditions is that i send pictures,i did not send but they want to say the contract is binding. I have called them three times and written an email for termination as its a contract of goodfaith. This people are ****mers of note,the best thing i have done was to actually cancel their nonsensical policy,i nearly left a company that i have been with for four years for the ****mers at IWYZE old mutual. Not everything cheap is good, better the devil you know,they are robbing me before the actual contract commence, i can only imagine the frustration during the claiming process. What does not sit well with me is that the company that is holding my pension fund is the same company doing such *******, the question is will they do right by mu kids if i their father is getting ****** by them.
