Stay away from midea products. You will regret it.
I received a delivery of a damaged item, my case was assigned to Monique. I requested it be exchanged and Monique advised that I would be contacted for the item to be exchanged. I have not been contacted to date, Monique is ignoring my follow up emails and the item has not been exchanged. Damaged items were delivered mid december. I am very unhappy with the service and just want my money back.
I purchased lunch at Steers Diner Colesburg on 16 Dec. The service is very slow and poor. We ordered a mo' cheese meals I were given a mjojo cheese meal. Waited almost an hour for my order. The buns were old and stale and hard to bite into. The bottom had mould on it. Please steers, respect your customers as we are spending our hard earned money at your diners.
I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. As usual they don't pay for any medication whatsover. I phoned the call center, was bounced around from one consultant to the other.. 15 consultants later and a logged complaint I still have no medication but they are quick to take my money. It's like i'm paying for a hospital plan #win
Very disappointing service. Ordered a package on their site on the 17th March. The site promises a 48hr turnaround time for delivery. It's the 25th and they still have not delivered my package
The product they sent was horrible and damaged. And nothing on their returns policy states that sale items are not returnable but now all of a sudden they are claiming that it is not returnable. The policy clearly states that all orders are returnable with no exclusions.
I went to Shell city motors in Bloemfontein CBD. I was assisted by Fobie, what pathetic customer service i received from him. I will never go there again, you train your people on to treat customers.
I am so gatvol with the service I have received from Vodacom. I bought a new phone on contract at vodacom loch logan, which I only had in my possession for 3 weeks and then it was broken and had to be taken in for repairs. I took it in on the 19th of april to another repair centre because loch logan branch was temporarioy closed and until this day I have not yet received my phone back. Turnaround time is 7-14 working days. It is well past that. I am basically paying for something I do not own. The service is well beyond terrible. I took in a second phone, also new, I was told I would have it by the next tuesday and that has come and gone and still no phone... This is poor and unacceptible service.

I purchased airtime through their online service on Sunday 2 August . I never received the voucher. I contacted the customer service line the following Tuesday and was told the system was offline but I would receive my voucher as soon as the system was online. That never happened. I phoned again only to hold the line for almost 20 minutes without getting assistance. I sent their customer services an email and no one bothered to respond until today. I even contacted them through facebook and they seem useless. All I am interested in now is that my account gets credited with what I was charged for something I never received. Unfortunately this is not the first time I experience such poor customer service from them either. I am deeply disappointed in their lack of interest in responding to and resolving customer queries.
