First order wit Haircity was excellent 👌
It’s my first time writing a review, but wow… I am so impressed! 😍✨ Haircity, and especially Cindy, really came through for me during a very stressful situation 😅💖. I accidentally ordered the wrong size — I thought I was getting a 20-inch, but it turned out to be a 10-inch 😳. Cindy quickly stepped in and sorted everything out, arranging an overnight courier for me 🚀📦. Not only did my order arrive right on time ⏰, but the courier guy was amazing too — he even sang to us 🎶😄! And the hair? Absolutely on point 💁♀️💖. I love the texture, the quality — everything about it 😍👌. The whole experience was just incredible 🙌✨. Thank you so much, Haircity! 💕

Poor service
I ordered hair on the 20th of February Today it’s the 3rd of March no order number, no order confirmation, no tracking no. when you contact them the phone rings non stop, if you want peace stay away from this Business

Wigs that look real for one day. Mixing real hair with synthetic hair💔
I bought 2 wigs from Haircity one double drawn wig, which has completely shredded leaving a bald spot on the closure, this is very disappointing and disgusting because these wigs were bought with my hard earned money and not stones. The curly 18inch one is so still and looks as if you bought it ka R350 from dragon city, it's stiff as nails giving off a completely **** look. I am so disappointed. No more!

Best Hair in Town
I ordered the hair during the day and it arrived early the next morning, oh what a pleasant surprise. The quality of the hair was also amazing!

Terrible client service
I ordered hair on the 23rd of dec.Nowhere on their website did it say they will not deliver in December. I just received an email saying I must wait for an email from the courier but until today I did not receive any communication.I sent and email,it's weeks ago and I have received an answer. I call the branch and I'm given the number for the online team but no one answers that call. I want my money back hair city then you can stay with your terrible client service.
