Terrible service, imagine driving for 30 minutes to Makro, when I get there the account has no payment option, when u chat they don’t respond though the say they respond within 15 minutes, I waited for than an hour still nothing
Went to Tshepo Themba hospital today , at reception bout 6 kids were singing and clapping, no one stopping them, at examination room A at emergency, I took pictures of a very dirty bin lid and stepper, it was such a mess. Employees take advantage of the location of the hospital, such a disgrace

I have experienced a horrible customer with Capitec Bank.On the 2nd of November 2024 they debited an mount that was not agreed upon, I called their call center and I was instructed to go to the nearest branch, at the branch I was told it'll take 48 hrs for the reversal to be processed. On 5th of November I called the call center to ask what's the delay and they said they don't know, then I received an email telling me that they're investigating and they will call me in 2 hrs and that as well didn't happen. I'm very disgusted with their customer service and I need all my premiums back.
