I bought hair through PJN and hair city on the 30th March, no feedback on when i will receive my order, the non-communication is horrible. . I have emailed them several times still no sign of any delivery. This is bad impression on a first time buyer, their website say delivery is 2-3 days and i am still waiting and no communication what of ever.
Took my car in to car service city vrededorp Braamfontein branch on the 19th June 2025, the car was stalling and switching off, and it was towed there . They did an inspection and provided a quotation for about +-R33k, requested them to fix the important parts that could get me on the road again. One of the parts they replaced was a timing belt. A day or 2 later they informed me that the car was still not right and will still have the same problem if they dont fix the additional repairs, the quote was again about +-R32k, there were 2 parts that were quoted at R10k each and I said no, I dont have the money, what are my options? I took an initiative and phoned the manufacturer to get a quote for the same parts and I was quoted about R+-15K , which was double of the quotation received from car service city. First red Flag, purchased the parts and they charged me labour to replace. after the replacement they informed me again the car is not right, its not starting, they claim they called an electrician to check the keys and so on, and it turns out it was a faulty computer box, they took it in for checking, and they said i needed to replace the computer box cause it is damaged. The plan was to call the manufacturer and find out how much is the computer box, Mike informs me that, the electrician was able to work something out and temporary fixed the box, however he does not guarantee it will go on for longer , but at least he bought be 3-6 months to get the funds and buy a new box, I said okay and MIike informed me he required R1700 for the work, which i paid. Collected the car, which was on a friday, Saturday went to a funeral and the car stopped and could not start it again, called Mike,and he said he will fetch the computer box on Monday and its wednesday, never heard from him. Poor service and workmanship. Spent money I did not have to fix the other stuff, while the real problem is not fixed. That place is a reap off.Very disappointed that i spent so much money and my car is not moving and the timing belt is making a noise, its appalling.
I have a revolving facility with FNB, and the loan was in arrears , however the arrears were cleared, and the facility is still blocked unable to utilize the funds in it. I made a mistake on the 27 December and transferred R600 into the RCF and unable to reverse back the funds due to the hard hold on the account. I have tried to contact FNB and i am being taken from pillar to post. No one is able to assist me in this regard. I need the R600 that was transferred in error as there funds were for something else. FNB please assist in reversing the funds back to my cheque account.

I have app**** for a reloan with them, on the 24th May and have not received any feedback on the outcome of the applications, sent numerous emails and no answer when you phone them. Very disappointed as the previous re-loans went relatively smooth and seamless.

I have an old mutual greenlight funeral plan, a funeral expenses and life cover, in August, because of financial reasons returned the debit order for the funeral cover, September the debit order went off just fine, and I sent an email to their customer service in regards to the returned D/O, and they said all is well. October on the 23th i received a refund of a 1 month premium, with no notification or email, on the 26th I checked my portfolio and realised that my policies were no longer active and have lapsed, i phoned the call centre to get assistance on reviving the policy, however i was told, the policies have lapsed and they no longer have the greenlight product hence they are unable to reinstate them. I am so disappointed with old mutual as a loyal client and this was my first policy when i started working more than 10 years ago and they just cancelled it, without any notifications to me and a refund of just a mere R436, after so many years of paying diligently and not claiming, now i have to take another policy with expensive premiums and a 6 months waiting period. I need answers, I am taking this to the financial ombudsman, this is unacceptable, where was it communicated to me that the policies will be cancelled, i think i deserve that courtesy.
I have a flexi loan with finchoice and been trying withdraw on the mobi site and it does not allow me, as i need to update my financial information, and should phone the call centre for assistance, i have been phoning the call centre for the past week with no luck, you are kept on hold for long and it goes dead, try again nothing. this is my first issue with finchoice, the call centre and service vey disappointed.
Took my car in to ford William Nicol in sandton, on the 14th August 2018 for service, few days later my car started stalling and shaking, took it back they said its a clutch problem, that needs to be replaced, clutch was replaced,and there were millions of problems after that,on the 28th of November my car was giving me problems, had the faulty transmission light on , the car was stalling and unable to drive it, a clutch that was replaced last year needs to be replaced again and a transmission. Could not get a courtesy car from Ford William Nicol cause all the cars were out and beacause i am unable to drive a manual car due to my knee injury, had to hire a car from Friday up until now , cause i am not getting any help from ford, on the 2nd of December phoned ford to follow up on the progress of my car and it turns out my profile was entered wrong, the service consulted did not have any idea how far my car is, she promised to phone me back and have not heard from her, i still don't have the courtesy car nor do i know the progress of my car.i am on crutches and this is how ford treats their customers , with a no care attitude.
