Poor service

I ordered hair on the 20th of February Today it’s the 3rd of March no order number, no order confirmation, no tracking no. when you contact them the phone rings non stop, if you want peace stay away from this Business

Defective Couch

If you value your money never ever buy from @home especially Secunda Mall,I’m disgusted with the overall service .How can I save up money for almost the whole year to then break a whole couch It means your products are not of good quality, first they didn’t wanna help me because I lost the receipt, only after reporting it to hello peter now the assessor is saying it’s not a factory fault I broke it. Stay away from this shop they are scammers my heart is broken my hard earned cash down the drain just like that

Defective Coucy

I bought a couch in September and early November I realised it was defective I reported it & They are refusing to help me because I lost the receipt but I have proof on my banking statement of the purchase. @Home Secunda Mall bad service ever
