Im writing this as an optometry services provider. We have been trying to change our banking details for weeks now. Every time we call we get stories. Worst part i was a service provider last year, same practice number,all i wanted to change was banking details and adress. We submitted all the docs they asked for but till today no assistance whatsoever. Consultants very ***********. Odwa and Tebogo why do you keep giving us run arounds. Whats stopping you guys from updating our details. Why do you still have my 2017 details yet i was a service provider last year.
They promised to handle the matter after seeing my complaint on Hellopeter and guess what, they never called nor sent any email.
Firstly they took my car for 6weeks claiming to do investigations, then they reject my claim because i once canceled insurance. Something they could have done in 1 day or 1 week. They said they will refund me all my premiums , i have never heard from them ever again. Now the lady who was assisting me went mute,she no longer replies my emails. When i call pineapple they tell me to call iWyze and vice versa. They also claimed that i canceled budget insurance in 2022 and i wasnt even using Budget that year.
This insurance rejected a claim after a month of investigation. They claim that theres an insurance that canceled me before and i explained that i made several attempts to switch banks for debit order purpose. They took me from pillar to post. Not answering calls. They never sent me an email to say im canceled hence there was no need to inform pineapple. I had an accident, someone hit me and ran. Pineapple took a whole month playing hide and seek,changing agents weekly, now they say im liable for storage and courtesy car. I feel ****** as they claim that it was budget insurance that canceled me and it is not true. I was not using budget insurance last year.
I bought AUDI Q2 in 2020 October , a year later my car was giving me problems . oil sensor was faulty, i took it to AUDI CENTRE ARACADIA, they replaced the sensor, 4 months down the line, same problem, they took my car, they never gave me a courtesy car even in 2021. this time around, they just told me they will replace the part, no explanation as to why i keep having the same problem, instead i receive calls from sales trying to recruit me into buying a new car. I'm typing today they never updated me, i have no idea what's going on. I'm less of a human to be updates. a single mother who uses her car to drive his kids to school, and to work.
budget insurance ordered me to take my car to renewIT edenvale on the 28th january 2016, to date im still waiting for my car. i am pregnant, i now have to depend on public transport because courtesy car expired on the 28th feb, renew IT once sent a report that parts have arrived and my car will be ready on the 08th. even today im still waiting. they are no longer communicating. i dont know what to do anymore. i was suprised when glasfit called me last week thursday saying they want to deliver my glass. why would glasfit contact me instead of renew IT and budget insurance company. something is not right. please help urgently.
