We treated a Patient that was admitted in Hospital, Momentum gave us authorisation and Patient received services. After submitted claims we did not receive payment reason being the Patient’s plan does’nt include our treatment. Seems like Momentum does’nt pay Health Care Service providers
This must be the worst medical aid ever to Health Care service providers. Treat their Clients at your own risk. Tell me why does Discovery Pay our claims to the Patients bank account, knowing very well that those Clients of them won’t give us our payments. They must pay claims to our Practise according to their scheme rates and all short paid we will sort it out with the Patient.
So far Fedhealth is the most *********** Medical aid Scheme, We have a blind Patient that is on Fedhealth, Fedhealth did’nt debit their premium for December and last week they decided to suspend Her medical aid without informing nor calling the Member. We called Fedhealth to debit till today nothing…. Her Membership is still suspended
I ordered via take a lot and i chose option for the following day delivery…. I just got a SMS now at 19h00 stating that their driver came and i was not available whereas i’ve spent the whole day here and no Driver came…. The lies and being ****mered nxaa!
Whoever is doing admin at Fedhealth is retarded or on drugs, render service at your own risk. They terminated a Patient’s membership without her knowing, we treated the Patient and they paid us. We’ve been going back and forth in activating the membership of which they agreed and the Patient had to pay 5 months worth of premium fee. Now the medical aid is active, they say we are owing them the money they paid. How so because we did render service. And you call no one is able to assist
We treated a OPMED Patient from 22 August 2025 and OPMED gave us an authorisation. All claims has not been paid and when we call their call centre we are told stories. Treat an OPMED patient at your own risk, OPMED does’nt pay claims.
Fedhealth treating their Clients like trash, i am a Health Care Service provider. There is a Patient that Fedhealth terminated membership without the Patient’s approval. Patient got medical retirement due to illness and ended up blind, so medical Aid premiums were being handled by Employer and Fedhealth, when the retirement was granted no one notified the Patient that She must start paying privately. And Fedhealth continued paying for Her chronics until the 15th of August 2025 and they claim Medical aid was terminated by 31 May 2025. Thats when they notified the Patient, so the Patient wants to rectify and pay the arrears for Medical aid to be active they are refusing. She must rejoin and be put on 12 months waiting period. How inhuman is that for a Patient who is been your Member for 11 years! Sies
I don’t know why FNB expose their Clients to this CCD Couriers Company. The level of incompetence is out of this world. I app**** for bank card via the FNB app, got a message CCD couriers will call you and arrange for delivery and no call, then Friday the 19 September 2025 a CCD Driver pull up at my Gate to deliver the card and i was not around. Spoke with the Driver to come back on Monday the 22nd of September 2025. Monday a Guy by the name Kabelo calls to arrange for my card to be delivered i explain to him the friday incident he then say He will call me back and never called until today the 25th of September 2025 a very rude Ashley called me to arrange for my card to be delivered after 5 business days and the call did’nt end well. I then called FNB help desk and explain my problem. the stupid Agent just transfered me back to CCD Couriers call Centre without even telling me. I wonder i will get my card
The **** service and the rude call centre agents from this courier Company i don’t know why FNB allow such *********** people around their Clients. I ordered my FNB bank card and chose option to be delivered to me, Friday the 19th of September 2025 boom the CCD driver at my gate intercom and i was not around since no one called me to arrange the delivery then we spoke with the driver to come back Monday the 22nd of September 2025. Come Monday a Guy by the name Kabelo called me to arrange a delivery it will take 3-5 business days. I explain that the driver said He will deliver the card today, He then said he will call me back. Until today the 25th of September 2025 a rude Ashley called me for my card to be delivered in the next 5 business day…. The conversation did’nt end well. But the level of disrespect and incompetence. Use this Guys at your own risk!!!
My contract with Fedility ADT has lapsed and i called them in January 2025 and sent numerous emails to cancel their debit order as well. I have contacted their consultants sent emails till this day they are debiting my account.
