Chronic Cover
this by far the worst service provider ever to exist, for a health care provider to gamble with people's live i have been trying to claim for chronic medication ever since i joined this scheme and i regret even leaving my previous medical aid , all the customer knows is to shift blame and transfer calls, the reason i will die will be from the stress i go through every month to get my meds which i even pay for from my own pocket whereas i have medical that must cover my condition i believe i have waited long enough before i took this step anyone thinking of joining this scheme please consider other option you will signing your own death by joining this company.

bad customer service
<p>I'm a loyal customer for Markham especially the one at Lynnwood the grove mall, i went there about 3-4 weeks ago to buy a cellphone the cashier by the name of Lerato showed no sense of interest in helping me i told her i need to purchase a handset she said "OKAY" and continued with her phone the store was not that busy, there was a guy who was going around in the store when i was approaching the guy to ask for assistance she suddenly screams she wants a phone then the guy assisted i always come to this store becouse it offers better service but what i received made me feel like im invading, i discussed this with my colleague and she also felt the same way with this new girl, i went to look for the Manager he wasnt there, im a loyal paying and account holding card customer for markhams cant be made to feel like im bothering people when im actually bringing in business. this ladie needs customer Service 101. </p>
