If I could give them no stars I actually would. Ordered on Uber eats and waited for 2 hours for food. Never again. Don’t even bother
Is it possible to call 3 days in a row and no one picks up at different times mind you… at this point I feel like the agents just look at the calls and just don’t bother picking up. There’s no call me back option either.. argh what a frustrating thing.
I could even give them no stars if this was possible. I loaded R800 on the 1st of July and it’s not even the 25th of the month and I am already sitting at R26 left of my electricity. It’s honestly ridiculous because I don’t understand how the electricity is even charged. Mind you during the course of the month there were 2 times where we did not have electricity and the electricity is still moving… Like this is so ridiculous that a person who stays alone who cooks at least twice in a week’s electricity cannot even get through the full month. It’s so frustrating
I ordered a coffee table from Cielo. Very great style and quality but the lead times are just too long especially if you’re ordering a pre-order item. I waited almost 4 months for my coffee table because the order kept being back dated. I don’t know if the company waits for bulk orders before shipping or what the reason was. They never really gave me a definite answer as to the delay of my order
Don't even bother. The most ***********, unreliable courier service that does not take customer service seriously. If you order from Cielo, I would suggest you ask them to use another courier service
I ordered a head board from Cielo and mind you it was not a pre-order item. It has been 3 weeks now and I have not received my order. Cielo used a 3rd party courier service called Triton Express and I have to say it has ruined my great experience with the retailer. I don't understand how such a reputable brand would partner with such a terrible courier service. They do not follow delivery instructions, the drivers are rude and they do not deliver when they say they will deliver- I am just so over it. I suggest that the store really considers partnering with companies that know what they are doing, are competent and understand customer satisfaction and service. Just ready the reviews on Triton Express was even more distasteful because of the number of terrible reviews which they have. I don't understand why they would not even take that as motive to partner with other courier services.
