Disgusting service
I ordered Fiber for an additional dwelling they sent me a router with nofiber boz installed It's been over a month still nothing and they don't respond to chats or emails They keep debiting my account but I have not received a service

Dissapointed
Very dissapointed we booked 2 x 8 sleepers for 16 adults when we arrived after driving for 6 hours we were told an 8 sleeper is for 6adults and 2 kids under 12 we then had to fork out cash for another 4sleeper after waiting 2hrs we were given keys to the rooms which were infested with bees then waited for new rooms which we given after 30mins the pools and activities are so far from the rooms we have to drive there the shop is extreamly over priced the bar was so dissapointing after spending so much cash in drinks and food we then were told we making noise the club house doesnt allow kids under 16 so our 15year old couldnt use the heatwd pool we were paying customers but we treated in this manner we expected to be treated with respect if it wasnt for the friendly cleaning staff and the fact that we couldnt get a refund wee would have left
