I have been in contact with GWM SA on an issue I had with 2 dealers. This was done on 9 Feb 2026. To date even on numerous phone calls, I have not received any feedback from GWM SA. The service is very poor and I feel that this is the last vehicle I buy from them.
Big ****. Only one number. The other number shows '*****ulent ' on true caller. You have to keep on paying up front. Letters from lawyers with no practice numbers. They promise in the lawyer letters that upfront payments is refundable. They are not professional on what's up and name calling happens. They do not answer any queries around company details. There complaints section on web section does not work. Be careful of this group.
